Hatha yoga is a calm yoga class with breaks between each position, but where you still get to strengthen your body and flexibility. There is time and focus on performing each  pose correctly and at your level, and classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts. 

Hatha Yoga is a broad term, and therefore the individual yoga classes in the Hatha yoga category can vary greatly from teacher to teacher and session to session. Hatha Yoga differs from Vinyasa Yoga by being one position at a time, and not several in a series.

We offer small yoga classes of a maximum of 8 participants where quality and presence are paramount. It requires no prior knowledge of yoga to participate in the teams. The overall focus is to build strength, increase mobility and functionality and provide calm.
